A few years back I was a 289 pound kid working in the oil field. I was sick, sad and unhealthy. I got tired of living in the same pattern and knew something needed to change. Through my own health journey, I found soul nourishment and purpose, which is why I am so passionate about helping others do the same. And it all started with just one step in the right direction
